- 1.We provide buyer with a 12-month warranty on outdoor furniture! (from the date of loading), before shipment to support the third party inspection.
2.When receiving the goods, within a month, the buyer can ask a professional third party to inspect the goods, provide inspection report, there are major quality problems returned to the original factory, and bear the freight;
3.For neutral products, the quality satisfaction should over 95%. For OEM orders, seller should produce strictly according buyer’s requirement, the quality satisfaction should over 98%.
4.If the buyer finds production quality problems within three months after the arrival of the products, the buyer should provide for the evidence for supplier, such as pictures, video to prove. If the supplier confirm that the damaged products are caused by supplier, the seller will reissue the corresponding accessories and bear the corresponding freight, each side can also go through the replenishment process through negotiation. Replenishment process: Once we confirm the quantity and other details, we will ship a replacement for your next order or ship it to you separately.
5.Quality problems caused by the use or transportation of the buyer shall be regarded as non-product quality problems. The Buyer shall be responsible for the after-sales service, and the Seller shall provide technical information support. If customer complain product quality problem, seller should actively to cooperate properly to resolve it.
6.In case of problems not mentioned above, both parties shall settle them through friendly negotiation.
