- How long is production and delivery?Stock models take 30 days to produce; custom fabric, colour or branding adds around 10 days. Then add sea freight - roughly 18 to 25 days to the US West Coast, 30 to 35 days to Northern Europe and 18 to 22 days to the Gulf. Tell us your deadline and destination port and we'll confirm the full schedule in writing.
- Do you supply spare parts and replacement canopies?Yes - replacement canopies, ribs, hubs, cranks, finials and bases are all available separately, and we keep stock of the standard ranges. We supply spare parts for 5 years after purchase. Tell us the model and which part you need and we'll quote it the same day.
- How do we clean and maintain the fabric and frame?Brush off dust and debris, then wash the canopy with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Never use a pressure washer or a solvent - both damage the coating. Let the canopy dry fully before closing it.
