Compliance & Responsibility
Certifications & Social Compliance
We hold our production base to an independent, recognised ethical-trade standard - and we state what that audit does and does not prove, in plain terms. Below is the social-compliance audit we can verify today.
SMETA audit - what we hold
Our manufacturing facility is assessed under SMETA, the audit methodology managed by Sedex and used across global supply chains. The assessment below was conducted by an accredited external audit body.
What the 2-pillar scope covers
Labour Standards
Freely chosen employment, no child labour, legal wages, reasonable working hours, no discrimination, freedom of association, no harsh or inhumane treatment, and regular employment.
Health & Safety
Safe and hygienic working conditions across the production site - from the workshop floor to welfare and emergency provisions.
This was a 2-pillar assessment (Labour Standards and Health & Safety). The Environment and Business Ethics pillars were not in scope for this audit.
Honest about what an audit is
SMETA is a social-compliance audit, not a product-quality certificate. It is a point-in-time assessment: it documents working conditions on the audit date and records any findings together with a corrective action plan. It does not certify that a site is "fully compliant" at all times, and it is not a marketing badge.
We treat it as a working tool. Non-compliances identified during the audit are recorded and tracked to closure through the Sedex platform, and we keep improving the systems behind them. We would rather show you the real position than imply a perfection we cannot evidence.
Need it for your supplier file?
If your procurement or compliance team needs the SMETA audit detail or our Sedex reference, we share documentation directly with verified B2B partners on request. Tell us which models and which conditions you are buying for, and we will provide what we can actually verify.
