Every furniture product in our range is built to order under OEM and ODM: custom size, custom colour and custom logo. Because the frames are welded, finished and upholstered in our own workshop in Zhejiang, a colour change is a production change rather than a sourcing problem.
What you can customize
Six things are specified on every project. Fix them in this order and the drawings, the samples and the packing all follow.
Size and layout
Made to your dimensions rather than chosen from a size list. Modular seating is ordered as single modules, so a curved arc is closed by the exact number of seats the plan needs. Send the layout and we return a module list.
Structure
Seat, back and armrest are one welded aluminium assembly rather than parts screwed together on site. Assembly is knock-down, which is a transport decision: one high-back armchair loads 400 chairs stacked but 700 in knock-down form.
Frame finish
White or dark charcoal powder coat as standard, with other colours specified to your project brief. We send a finish sample for approval before production, so the colour is agreed on a physical piece rather than on a screen.
Fabric
Cushions are removable, in outdoor fabric over high-density foam, with the fabric specified to your scheme. Colour consistency across a floor matters more than colour on one chair: a hotel buys the same chair many times over and expects the fortieth to arrive identical to the first.
Weave and table tops
Rope is woven over a powder-coated aluminium frame, in cream, khaki, olive, dark grey, charcoal or navy, with the panels part of the frame rather than a cover. Table tops come in wood-grain finishes from teak through walnut to ebony.
Logo and branding
A brand mark can be applied in four ways: embroidery, print or a woven label on the cushions; laser etching, a metal nameplate or a wood-grain engraving on the frames; a powder coat colour matched to your palette; and the shipping cartons printed to carry the brand on site rather than only protect the goods.
7Design and size
The starting point is your plan: the seat count, the walkway widths, the door and lift openings the pieces have to pass through, and the direction the space is used from. We return a layout drawing with the module list, so the quantity and the arrangement are confirmed before anything is produced.
Four-piece, five-piece and six-piece configurations are standard, and the B1, B2 and B3 builds cover the most common project requirements. Corner and modular units are ordered as single modules.
8Structure and configuration
Flat packing is what makes a project affordable to ship. The set travels as flat frames, cushions and hardware in two cartons, which fits standard containers and raises the number of sets per container. Assembly on site is simple and the instructions and tools are included.
Overall dimensions are published for every version, so the loading plan and the delivered cost per set are known before the order is placed.
9Frame material and finish
Frames are powder-coated aluminium, welded, finished and upholstered in our own workshop. Aluminium is used rather than steel because it does not rust, which matters more on a coastal terrace than the small weight saving.
Warm accents are available where the scheme calls for them: wood-look armrest caps, light wood-look slats and wood-grain table tops. The wood we use is FSC-certified, and the frames are covered by our ISO 9001 quality management system.
10Fabric and colour
Patterned scatter cushions add a second colour without changing the base upholstery, which is the cheapest way to tie a set to a scheme. Fabric weight should follow the exposure: a shaded courtyard and a pool deck do not need the same specification, so tell us the cleaning regime and the sun and salt exposure and we will match it.
Project furniture solutions
A project is usually a mix: dining chairs and tables for one zone, lounge seating for another, and a specification that keeps the two reading as one design. We build the whole mix, which means one supplier, one approval round and one delivery schedule.

How a custom furniture order works

Plan and feasibility
Send the layout, the seat count and the brand requirements. We confirm what is feasible in a drawing, including the module list for a curved plan.

Sample and approval
Frame finish sample, fabric swatch and, for larger orders, a physical sample. Nothing goes into production before you approve it.

Production
Built to the approved specification in our own workshop in Zhejiang. The order carries a unique order number trackable on this website through seven published stages.

Inspection
Third-party inspection is supported before shipment. After arrival you may appoint a professional third party within one month, and a production quality issue found within three months can be claimed with photo or video evidence.

Delivery
FOB Ningbo. Container loading is planned per version, and the loading figures are published on each product page.
