- How can I track my order after it is confirmed?After the contract is signed we assign a unique order number which you can use to track progress on our website. There are seven published stages: order confirmation, production scheduling, material procurement, production process tracking, quality control and inspection, packaging and shipping, and delivery and feedback.
- Where can I meet your team in person?We exhibit at two fairs in Guangzhou each year, the Canton Fair and the Jinhan Fair for Home & Gifts, and both take place in October.
