How do I start an order with you?
How to start an order
1. Send us your requirements
Tell us the model or item you have in mind (a reference photo works too), the quantity, and the destination port or city.
2. We come back with a quotation
Usually within one business day. The quotation covers unit price, fabric options, production time and freight to your port.
3. Confirm fabric, size and branding
We send fabric swatches and spec drawings for your approval before anything goes into production.
4. Sample or go straight to production
You can order a pre-production sample, or move directly to the bulk order if the spec is already agreed.
5. Production, inspection and shipping
Production takes 30 days for stock models, plus around 10 days for custom fabric, colour or branding. We arrange inspection, documentation and shipment on FOB Ningbo terms — CIF, CFR and DDP are also available.

How to start an order
Send your enquiry with the model(s), quantities, colour, and destination port via our inquiry page. We return a quotation and a specification sheet, then a proforma invoice once you confirm. Production starts after deposit and artwork approval where branding is involved.
Typical flow
Enquiry and quote, sample or drawing approval, deposit, production, pre-shipment inspection, balance, and shipping. We keep you updated at each step and can arrange third-party inspection before loading.
