Q: What customization options are available for the umbrella fabric?

A : You can choose from a wide range of fabrics and colors for your outdoor umbrella. We provide options that are UV-resistant and water-repellent to ensure durability and style.

Quality Guarantee

1.We provide buyer with a 12-month warranty on outdoor furniture! (from the date of loading), before shipment to support the third party inspection.

2.When receiving the goods, within a month, the buyer can ask a professional third party to inspect the goods, provide inspection report, there are major quality problems returned to the original factory, and bear the freight;

3.For neutral products, the quality satisfaction should over 95%. For OEM orders, seller should produce strictly according buyer’s requirement, the quality satisfaction should over 98%.

Frame Finish Customization

The aluminium frame is offered in three finishes so the umbrella matches the architecture and the brand of the project. All three are applied to marine-grade aluminium and pass a 72-hour salt spray test.

Powder-Coated Finish

Premium powder-coat treatment with a rich colour range. Excellent resistance against fading and chipping, and the most practical choice for coastal and high-traffic sites.

Heat-Transfer Wood-Grain

Realistic timber texture transferred onto aluminium - the warm appearance of wood with no wood maintenance, no rot and no repainting.

Which sizes and shapes are available?

Round, square and rectangular canopies from 2.5 m up to 4 m and beyond are produced, with 8 ribs as the standard configuration. Vented double-tier and three-tier versions are available where wind resistance and heat dissipation matter.

How does it open and close?

Depending on the model: hand-crank lift, push-pull telescopic pole, pulley rope or gas spring assistance. Larger commercial canopies typically use gas spring assistance so the canopy can be raised and lowered by one person.

Which base fits?

Most center-pole umbrellas use a 38 mm or 48 mm pole and take a resin, concrete or water-filled base. Larger commercial sizes need a heavier base or in-ground anchoring. Match the base to the canopy size and to whether the surface is a patio, deck or lawn.

How does it perform in wind?

A vented double-tier canopy reduces wind load noticeably compared with a single tier, and a three-tier pagoda construction adds further stability. As with any parasol, the correct behaviour in strong wind is to close it - no umbrella is designed to stand in a storm.

Can I choose the canopy fabric?

Yes. Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic is the premium choice for flagship projects, with Evercolor, our proprietary blend and Olefin as cost-effective alternatives. All options are listed in the fabric section below.

Can my logo be added?

Yes. Logos can be applied to the canopy corners, valance, top plate or handle housing, and frame colours are customizable across the powder-coated range.

How is it packed and what is the warranty?

Mail-order packaging designed to pass an 80 cm drop test, with bases shipped separately to keep the parcel manageable. Outdoor furniture carries a 12-month warranty from the date of loading.
