- Pre-production sample unit — a finished umbrella built to your spec, including fabric, colour, frame finish and logo.
How it works

2. We quote the sample cost and the lead time
3. We ship it to you — express for swatch cards, sea or air for a full unit, whichever suits you.
4. Once you approve it, we move to the bulk order.
Samples
Yes, we provide samples so you can check fabric, colour, build quality, and branding before committing to a bulk order. Sample cost is usually deducted from your first container, and we can ship a single unit or a small mixed set.
Sample timing
Stock samples ship within days; custom-colour or branded samples take longer to produce. We recommend sampling the exact canopy fabric and pole finish you plan to order to avoid surprises at volume.
We recommend sampling the exact fabric batch you will order, since dye lots can shift slightly and a physical swipe is the only sure way to confirm the shade.
