We stand behind our frames and canopies, and we put the terms in writing before you commit - that is the only warranty that protects you.

What is typically covered

• Frame - protection against manufacturing defects in the aluminium and mechanism.
• Canopy - coverage against premature failure within the fabric's rated UV and weather class.
• Exclusions - storm damage, improper base use, and normal wear are not defects.

Get it on paper

Warranty length and scope scale with the model and the market you sell into, so we do not publish one blanket number. Instead, your quotation and contract state the exact coverage and period for your order. Ask for it upfront and we will include it - if a supplier will not write the warranty down, that is the answer about their confidence.
