How should I store the umbrella and furniture for winter?
Clean and dry the units, close the canopy, store cushions indoors, and cover fixed frames. Occasional checks through the off-season prevent surprises in spring.
Before storing
- Wipe frames and canopy; make sure both are fully dry.
- Remove and store cushions in a dry, ventilated space.
- Lower or close cantilever arms to relieve spring tension.
Through winter
- Use a breathable cover on fixed units left outside.
- Clear snow load so the frame is not bent or stressed.
- Check monthly for pooled water or coating damage.
