We are a manufacturer. Frames are welded, finished and upholstered in our own workshop in Zhejiang, and then packed for export.

This is not a market-positioning claim, it is where the work happens. Because the frame, the finish and the upholstery are all in house, a project can change the frame colour and the cushion fabric without changing the supplier, and the specification can be built around your space rather than around what happens to be in stock.

What that means for you in practice:

• A custom frame colour, rope tone or fabric is a production change, not a sourcing problem, so it does not put a second supplier between you and your order.
• Quality questions are answered by the people who made the piece, which is why we can support third party inspection before shipment and reissue parts rather than negotiate.
• Delivery is quoted against a published container loading plan for the exact version you order.
