What certifications does your company hold?

Four certifications are current, and all are published on our Certificates page with their dates:

• ISO 9001 quality management system, covering the manufacturing and sales of furniture articles including outdoor shade umbrellas. This is our core quality management certification and is the one that governs how the workshop operates day to day.
• FSC, the Forest Stewardship Council certification, which means every piece of wood we use is responsibly sourced from sustainably managed forests, with chain of custody.
• EN 581, the European standard for outdoor furniture, covering the safety and durability testing of outdoor seating and tables. EN 581-1:2017, EN 581-2:2015 and EN 581-3:2017 all apply to the range.
• Alibaba Gold Plus Verified Supplier, an accreditation verified by third party authoritative institutions, covering enterprise qualification, production capacity and export service capability.

Two practical notes. EN 581 is a product safety and durability standard, so it answers the question of whether a chair is built to carry a person safely and repeatedly rather than what it is made of; material questions are covered in our Materials and Quality answers.
