Which HS codes do you use, and how is the goods declared?

Four HS codes cover the range, and the correct one is stated on each product page:

• 9401719000: outdoor chairs, the code used on most of the chair range
• 9401790000: outdoor chairs on the aluminium lines, for example FHCH079 and FHCH078
• 9403899000: outdoor tables, for example FHTB068
• 9403700000: plastic items

Where a set contains both a table and chairs, two codes apply and are both published, for example 9403899000 for the table and 9401719000 for the chairs. Place of origin is China (Zhejiang).

The commercial declaration we use describes the material and construction rather than a brand, for example outdoor furniture, fabric, iron frame, upholstered or not upholstered, no brand. If your broker needs the declaration worded to a specific template, send us the wording and we will match it on the shipping documents.

Tell us the destination country when you enquire. Duty rates and any import requirements are set by your customs authority, so it is worth confirming the code that applies at your end before you cost the shipment.
