Aluminium-frame outdoor furniture with hand-woven rope and rattan, quick-dry cushions and marine-grade hardware, made for hotels, restaurants, resorts, villas and wholesale buyers.
From a private garden to a poolside lounge seating two hundred covers, the collections below are specified around the space rather than sold off a shelf. Frames are welded and finished, the weave is fitted and the cushions are upholstered in our own workshop in Zhejiang, then packed for export with the cartons, HS code and declaration documents already documented.
- Powder-coated aluminium frames
- Hand-woven rope and rattan
- Quick-dry removable cushions
- OEM, ODM and private label

Four collections share one frame and cushion specification, so a project can mix them without the terrace looking assembled from four different suppliers.

ExploreWhat every piece is built from
Four specifications we do not vary, whichever collection you order from.
Powder-coated aluminium frames
Welded aluminium in a matt powder coat, so the frame does not rust and does not need repainting each season.
Hand-woven rope and rattan
The weave is run over the frame and tensioned line by line rather than glued on, which is what keeps a panel even across its width.
Quick-dry cushions
Open-cell foam with removable covers, so a cushion that is rained on drains and dries instead of holding water.
Marine-grade hardware
Stainless fixings and floor glides, because an outdoor terrace is cleaned, hosed and rained on every week of the season.
The two details that decide how long it lasts
The frame and the cushion core are the parts that fail first on cheap outdoor furniture. Both are specified rather than bought in: the frame is welded aluminium rather than folded steel tube, and the cushion uses open-cell foam that drains.
Because the frame, the weave and the cushions are made in the same workshop, a project can also match the finish to a facade and the fabric to the rest of a scheme, and hold that specification across repeat orders.

How an order runs
The same four steps whether you are furnishing one villa or a full resort rollout.
Brief and layout
Send the space, the number of covers you need and the colour scheme you are working to.
Sample
A finished sample in your frame finish and fabric, before any bulk production starts.
Production
Frames welded and finished, weave fitted, cushions upholstered in our own workshop.
Packing and export
Cartons, a loading plan for your container, HS code and the declaration documents.

Made in our own workshop, not bought in
Welding, powder coating, weaving and upholstery all happen under one roof. That is what makes a repeat order match the first one, and what makes a change of frame colour or fabric a workshop instruction rather than a negotiation with a third party.
It also means a fault can be traced to the stage that caused it, which matters when a hotel is opening on a fixed date.
Pieces we ship most
Four production programmes with the frame, size and container loading for each. Every model has its own page carrying the full specification and the FOB price.
The collection runs from a rope-weave armchair at 59.5 x 64 x 79 cm on a white round tube frame with solid teak armrests, through a slat-seat armchair at 56.5 x 56.5 x 86.5 cm and a high-back armchair at 56.5 x 69.5 x 105 cm, to a round dining table at 120 x 120 x 75 cm with a pale wheat slat top and an ivory centre insert.
Choose by space
Four settings ask for four different priorities. Start from the space you are furnishing rather than from the product list.
Hotel and resort terraces
Chairs are moved and stacked twice a day and the scheme has to stay identical across a whole floor, so the stacking high-back chair is normally the starting point.
Restaurant and cafe terraces
Service is fast and the chair has to wipe down in one pass, which is why a solid slotted back and a removable cushion suit this use.
Who we supply
Most of our volume is contract work, alongside wholesale and private-label buyers.
Hotels and resorts
Pool decks, terraces and suite balconies, specified to survive daily cleaning and full sun.
Restaurants and cafés
Dining terraces that need to read as restaurant seating rather than as garden furniture.
Villas and landscape projects
Private courtyards and garden rooms, where the set has to sit against the architecture.
Importers and wholesalers
Container programmes with your own branding, packed and documented for your market.
Outdoor furniture questions buyers ask
The answers buyers ask for most often before they specify a container.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the piece. Sets are quoted per set. Chairs and tables are normally quoted as container programmes, because that is how they load: the armchair loads 870 to a 40HQ, the table loads 330, and the chair loads 400 stacked or 700 knock-down. Tell us what you are furnishing and we will quote the smallest sensible programme.
Can frames and cushions be made in our colours?
Yes. Frame finish, weave colour and cushion fabric are specified to a project brief, and a finished sample is produced before bulk production starts.
Are the cushions weatherproof?
The fabric and the open-cell foam are chosen for outdoor use and the covers come off for cleaning, but cushions should still be stored dry when a terrace is out of season.
Do you supply contract projects or only retail?
Both. Most of our volume is contract work for hotels, restaurants and resorts, alongside wholesale, OEM and private-label programmes.
How long does production take?
Lead time is confirmed with the quotation, because it depends on the mix of pieces, the finishing you specify and the sample stage.
What should I send for a quotation?
The space, how many people you need to seat, the collections you are considering, your colour scheme, and whether you are working to a container plan.
Do you build aluminium or steel frames?
It depends on the piece. The and armchairs are aluminium, while the high-back chair is built on a square-section metal frame. Tell us the environment the furniture will live in and we will confirm the material, section and coating for each piece in the quotation.
How do you pack and load a mixed container?
Sets are packed per set, stacking chairs ship ten to a stack, and knock-down chairs ship two to a carton at 0.1934 CBM. A mixed container is quoted per mix, so a dining table programme and a chair programme can travel in one load with the cartons and the declaration documents matched to each model.
Planning an outdoor space?
Tell us the space, the number of covers and the scheme you are working to, and we will come back with the collections that fit, the packing plan and a delivered price.
