How long is production and delivery?

Production

- Stock models: 30 days

- Custom fabric, colour or branding: add around 10 days

- Pre-production sample, if you want one: the clock starts after you approve the spec

Shipping (port to port)

- US West Coast: 18 to 25 days

- US East Coast: 30 to 35 days

- Northern Europe: 30 to 35 days

- Middle East (Jebel Ali): 18 to 22 days

- Australia: 15 to 20 days

On top of that, add customs clearance and inland delivery to your address — those depend on your forwarder and destination, so we don't quote them as our transit time.

What changes the schedule

- Peak season (March to July) — container space out of Ningbo gets tight, book 4 weeks ahead

- Custom branding and Pantone colour matching

- Chinese public holidays — Chinese New Year shuts production for around two weeks

How we keep you informed

We confirm your production slot when the deposit lands, and send photos of the finished goods before shipment. If anything moves, we tell you the day we know, not the day it was due.
