How can I track my order after it is confirmed?

After each contract is signed we assign a unique order number, and that number can be used to track the progress of the order on our website. You do not have to ask for a status update to know where the goods are.

The tracking runs through seven published stages:

• Order Confirmation
• Production Scheduling
• Material Procurement
• Production Process Tracking
• Quality Control and Inspection
• Packaging and Shipping
• Delivery and Feedback

Two points worth knowing. Production scheduling follows order confirmation, so you get a clear view of the start date and the expected finish date early rather than near the end. And Quality Control and Inspection is one of the tracked stages rather than a separate conversation, which is where third party inspection sits if you want to appoint one before the container is loaded.
